Our services include a thorough review of your plans, specifications, and schedules focused on complying with mandated energy efficiency standards or criteria set forth in incentive programs. 

Projects are analyzed and the impact of design components for the following systems within a project are reported on: Envelope, Mechanical (HVAC), Water Heating, and Lighting (Indoor, Exterior and Outdoor/Site). Compliance and energy efficiency opportunities are presented for consideration. Various scenarios will be considered to meet project goals.

Projects are documented using authorized software; official forms are produced; required HERS registry files are generated and submitted to appropriate agencies.

Residential Base Fee: $250

Non-Residential Base Fee: $400
